You warrant that your submitted content:

• Does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, etc.)
• Is not false, misleading, or deceptive
• Does not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or harassing material

5. Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or infringing on others’ rights
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings (including boosting your own venue or downgrading competitors)
• Spamming, automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering
• Placing excessive load on the Service infrastructure
• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech directed at other users
• Commercial solicitation or advertising without prior approval from the operator

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s logo, design, source code, editorial articles, and other content are owned by the operator or rightful licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness, or availability. We make no warranties about the accuracy of restaurant information, review content, or AI-generated translations.

Reviews on the Service are personal opinions of users and do not reflect the views of the operator.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated without notice. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
