Kozan

I discovered this restaurant through the owner's wife's social media presence. I visited for lunch, and the sushi lunch course at 55 CHF is not inexpensive. It includes salad, sushi, and miso soup. Beverages are also fairly pricey, so it's not really the type of place for casual daily visits. As you can see from the photos, the food is exceptionally high-level sushi. The quality is of a caliber I rarely encounter even in Japan, with each piece crafted with meticulous care, which truly impressed me. The deliciousness matches the price point, and my satisfaction is very high. That said, personally I prefer restaurants where I can go without too much formality, so this is the kind of place where I'd be delighted to return in about six months.
