Higuma

A restaurant with an atmosphere reminiscent of a Japanese street Chinese eatery. During evening hours, it's constantly packed and quite popular with locals. The stir-fried vegetables and yakisoba are especially outstanding, so good they would rank highly even in Japan. The ramen feels more like a Chinese restaurant's ramen rather than a Japanese ramen shop - delicious, but not quite extraordinary. At around 10 EUR, it's very reasonably priced for a meal abroad. I would go to Paris just to visit Higuma - a definite return spot. Highly recommended.
